For the final arrangements of my mother's recent passing, the process was quite smooth, professional and prepared to guide me through the numerous steps and authorizations. For that initial portion, Crown's staff would merit 5 stars. The loss of the star is due to the final step, obtaining the death certificate. For over two weeks I was checking on its arrival at Crown. At the end of the third week I asked again, and was informed they were there and had been for 5 days. They claimed to have contacted me about it, but all I had received was a text with a link to grief counseling. I'm very disappointed that they didn't make another attempt for the next 5 days, nor do I know when they would have. This delay has held up my ability to conduct the legal execution of their estate. The overall performance was much better than that for my father's death just over a year ago, but not 5 star.

Both of my parents have pre-paid plans from here. The process is incredibly simple, straightforward and very affordable. My mother recently passed away and they did an amazing job getting everything on their end handled in a timely and professional manner. They offer grief support for the family as well, which was unexpected but comforting to feel cared about and for in mine and my family's time of grief. I will be making arrangements here with my husband soon as well so when our time comes there is nothing for our children to worry about.

My experience with Crown has been wonderful in a tough situation. They helped guide my family in a time when we were not sure what to do. Losing a loved one is hard but working with the staff at Crown made it a little easier.
